TR Group has won NZ Debt Market Issue of the Year at the 2020 INFINZ Awards.
It recognised TR Group’s successful issue of NZ$75 million in fixed rate secured bonds.
The event was held on October 20 at a gala black-tie dinner at Shed 10, Queens Wharf, Auckland with over 620 guests and 15 awards delivered on the night.
The awards are facilitated by the Institute of Finance Professionals in New Zealand Inc (INFINZ), a professional body with more than 1800 individual members.
“The INFINZ Awards are directed at raising standards in the industry and thereby enhancing the capacity for NZ businesses to raise debt and equity and grow the economy,” INFINZ executive director Jim McElwain says.
TR Group was founded in 1992 and has become New Zealand’s largest heavy vehicle rental and lease company. It has a fleet of around 7000 heavy commercial vehciles and a team of 200 in both NZ and Australia.
