A member of the Miles Group, Cockram Kia in Christchurch has now been rebranded as Miles Kia and it has signed a sponsorship deal with the Canterbury Crusaders to provide it with a fleet of vehicles for staff to use.
The Crusaders staff members will be driving three different Kia SUV models, the Sorento, the Sportage, and the Stonic
“The Miles Group have always been active in supporting the growth of rugby in Canterbury. With Miles Kia coming into the fold and partnering with the Crusaders, it’s another way we can assist with the game’s succession,” Miles Kia general manager Jodie Tait says.
“The support the Crusaders give to the community is amazing which we are pleased to be part of and drive them on their journey.
“Our Kia brand has always been innovative and continued to look at ways to improve, succeed, and excel. This commitment aligns with the Crusaders, making us fully supportive of their direction and appetite for winning their next Super Rugby title,” Tait says.
“We’re very excited to have Miles Kia on board as our official vehicle partner, they’ve long played an important role in our community, and we see so many similarities between our two organisations,” Crusaders chief executive Colin Mansbridge says.
