Cox Automotive Australia and New Zealand has announced that Mohammed Hussain will take over the role of sales and relationship manager at Manheim New Zealand.
“I’m delighted to have Mohammed in this new role supporting our customers and helping to guide the NZ business through its next stage of growth,” says Karyn Stowers, general manager of Manheim New Zealand.
Hussain arrives in the role following six years as remarketing manager in the Manheim salvage division.
This involved Hussain typically managing 25,000 salvage vehicles per year on behalf of major New Zealand insurance companies.
The positional change will see Hussain work with customers to “develop mutually beneficial partnerships”, with the aims of growing the brand’s passenger and commercial vehicle divisions.
“During this time, Mohammed focussed primarily on sales and remarketing of salvage vehicles on behalf of major insurers, helping to establish Manheim as one of New Zealand’s market leaders when it comes to the remarketing of salvage vehicles,” says Manheim.
Prior to joining Manheim in 2015, Hussain was an account manager at Turners Auctions for nine years.
