GWM New Zealand continues to offer the Ora EV from $42,990 at a special recommended retail price (including GST plus on-road costs) and says the $7015 Clean Car Discount rebate makes the driveaway price even more appealing.
EVs and Beyond featured the price change in October.
But the offer is only valid until December 31 (when the CCD is due to end) and GMW New Zealand says stocks are limited, urging prospective customers to hurry.
The Ora Standard Range has a 48kWh battery, 310km range (WLTP) and the Ora Long Range has a63kWh battery, 420km range (WLTP), both having a five-star Australasian New Car Assessment Program (ANCAP) safety rating and both powered by a single electric motor developing 126kW power and 250Nm torque.
