In addition to its existing service centres in Mount Maunganui and Whitianga, Farmer Autovillage has opened a new service centre at 64 Market Place in Pāpāmoa.
Farmer Autovillage Pāpāmoa is an authorised service centre for the Nissan, Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Subaru, Jeep, Ram, Cupra, Seat, MG and GWM brands.
The family-owned company celebrated its 30th trading anniversary in 2021, and it says since then it has focused on showroom upgrades, team development, and offering improved value to its customer base.
Farmer Autovillage says the new site will offer customers the same level of experience as its Hewletts Road site. Customers can use the online booking service to pick a day and time that fits with their schedule or call 075786017, and then request Pāpāmoa as the service location.
The new site will also be staffed by familiar faces from the Hewletts Road operation. Mason Dawson is the new Pāpāmoa service manager and Bella Einarsdottir is the new service advisor.
Audi/Volkswagen/Skoda expert technician Brendon O’Brien, Nissan/GWM/MG expert technician Nick Curle, with Indika Loganathen and Pradeep Kumara make up the technical team.
The centre will offer total vehicle care from a warrant of fitness to mechanical repairs, tyres, alignments and balancing. It is equipped with a Hunter 3D laser alignment machine and is also able to deal with both electric and hybrid models, and EV chargers will be available.
The Pāpāmoa site will provide the same customer amenities as the Mount Maunganui site; and courtesy options cover not just loan vehicles but local shuttles and EV scooters.
There is a small customer lounge with a coffee machine and free WIFI for customers who prefer to wait for their vehicle and a business office for those who need to attend to their work.
