Digital collision repair platform DingGo is launching in New Zealand, by expanding its partnership with SG Fleet to its Auckland operations and also becoming available to the general public.
The technology will also soon be connecting repairers and drivers in Christchurch, Wellington and wider New Zealand. DingGo says it is focussed on learning from New Zealand’s fleet management needs.
The brand says it streamlines the entire smash repairs process in an entirely digital experience – from securing repairer quotes, assessing damage, booking the job and coordinating contactless pickup at the push of a button.
The DingGo platform connects drivers with a network of more than 450 verified repairers to get a vehicle fixed and back on the road faster. On average, DingGo says its customers receive three quotes back within 48 hours and save up to 30% per repair.
For New Zealand drivers, DingGo says the ease and efficiency will be a revelation; for fleet businesses, the depth of data available in DingGo will offer reporting, insights and intelligence to inform business decisions.
“We know that DingGo is a powerful tool for fleets, but what we don’t know and are keen to learn is how it will best benefit the way New Zealand organisations work when it comes to fleet management challenges,” DingGo co-founder Shaun Janks says.
To do this, we aim to build strong partnerships with fleets in New Zealand, to adapt and even grow important new capabilities for this dynamic market.”
The trans-Tasman expansion comes after a 2021 saw the launch of DingGo for fleets, with demand from fleet managers of both Australian and global businesses to use the technology across their NZ operations.
