BYD Auto NZ is offering help for customers with Atto 3 EVs caught in recent floods, after being notified of “a few”.
“If your Atto 3 has suffered flood damage and you are still waiting to hear from your insurance company, our BYD dealer network can help,” it says.
“Please contact your selling dealer to assess the car and if your vehicle is unable to move, contact BYD Roadside Assistance on 0800 293 288.
“Your BYD dealer will arrange a rental Atto 3 from Europcar for up to five days for you while you wait to hear from your insurance company.”
